A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.

Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. A 50% charge will apply for missed appointments (no-shows).

Deposits are taken via our online booking system. For in-salon or phone bookings, card details are required to secure the deposit.

Vouchers may be redeemed towards deposit payments.
